About The Day Trip Site:
The day-trip site started simply enough … I was searching for things to do for my family of four and couldn’t find a single resource that listed places and events for families to visit. The few sites that I did find had very generic listings, no visitor reviews, very few pictures and no videos. The Day Trip Site changes all of that!
About me: (Don)
- First and foremost – I’m a dad and husband. I have two great boys ages 6 and 2 and a wonderful wife of 10 years.
- Second – I’m a marketing executive. I’ve been creating marketing campaigns for 15 or so years and spent the last 12 doing online marketing.
- Third – I’m photography and video nut. I’ve produced TV shows and been lucky enough to have folks put my pictures in their homes and magazines. If you’re interested you can see some of my images here: Don Mennig Fine Art Photography
